Presentation Dinner

Wednesday 21st February 2018 11:07am | General

Our annual presentation of trophies to the club competition champions and finalists took place on Saturday 23 September 2017 at King Georges Field Indoor Bowling Club, where around 50 members enjoyed a 3-course meal prepared and served by Carolyn and her team from Love Your Greens, with live music provided by our very own James Rayne in his Swinging Sixties duo. A good time was had by all, and particular thanks for organising the event go to Chris Ballard, Shirley Tracey and Dave Rich.

Very many congratulations to all the finalists, and to the new club champions, including the ladies singles champion for 2017, Di Newman, and the new men’s singles champion, James Seeley. It was great to see so many new or recent members’ names on the roll of honour – and we’ll surely see them appear again in the future.
